Bank Statement Converter AI is a website for converting text-based bank and credit card statement PDFs into spreadsheets and accounting files. It is not a bank, an accounting firm, or a connection to QuickBooks or Xero.

## Privacy

Uploaded files, including the PDF and the generated downloads, are deleted 24 hours after upload. The job record is removed 90 days after that file-deletion time. The Google account is not deleted on that schedule.

Files are processed in an isolated sandbox. Review every result before you use it for accounting, tax, or other financial decisions.
